Construction Angels, Inc. is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization that provides immediate financial assistance and grief counseling to the children and spouses left behind when a construction worker is involved in a work-related fatality. We offer construction scholarship opportunities to qualified applicants, and additional scholarships to surviving children of a fallen worker. CA currently supports families in 31 states and through our National fund to families outside of these states. There are approximately 3.5 construction workers killed per day in the USA, and our charity is here to help ‘One of our Own’ when an accident should occur.

As we continue our mission to provide essential support and aid to the families of construction workers who have tragically lost their lives on the job, your continuous dedication and participation help make a direct impact on the lives of grieving families.

We have roughly 50 sports and philanthropy fundraisers in 2024 and are excited to encourage you to get involved and make a difference alongside us! Organized with precision and passion, these events bring together shooters & golfers from all walks of life around the country to make a difference in their communities, fostering camaraderie and community spirit amongst our industry. Each event is a testament to the dedication and generosity of its organizers, participants, and sponsors.

For our fishing enthusiasts, save the date for the 3rd Annual “Hooked on Gilbane” Fishing Tournament in Pompano Beach, FL on May 3rd where you can reel in the ‘big catch’ while supporting ‘One of our Own’ for cash & trophies!

For those who prefer shooting clays, these sporting events serve as a platform for businesses and individuals to demonstrate their support for philanthropic endeavors, further reinforcing the sense of community and purpose. Mark your calendars for these dates as we gather for a thrilling day of shooting and fundraising: 4th Annual Trades Clay Shoot in Michigan on April 12th, Indiana on June 13th, Maryland on November 7th & New Jersey on October 17th.

From banquets to silent auctions and raffles, every aspect of our golf outings are designed to maximize fundraising potential while providing participants with an unforgettable experience! Join us in Myrtle Beach on May 9th & 10th for a memorable day of golfing and fundraising for our National golf outing hosted by BOMAG & Linder Machinery, and everyone is welcome to join! Participants not only vie for top honors on the leaderboard but also vie for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through their contributions. Whether sinking putts or networking on the course, golfers are united by a shared sense of purpose – to support the cause that resonates with their values and beliefs. Your support at this national event will enable us to continue providing national assistance to the construction community in any state.

Our Annual Dobbs Equipment Golf Classic at the JW Marriott in Marco Island on May 16th & 17th is already SOLD OUT! Try your luck at our next event in 2025, but be sure to reserve your team in advance, as this is the norm for their events!

Your support in Construction Angels fundraisers is an example of how sports and philanthropy can intersect to create meaningful change. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your continued support and dedication to our cause. Events like these offer a glimpse of what can be achieved when people come together for a common cause. Beyond the thrill of competition and the joy of giving, attendees of our events exemplify the values of compassion, camaraderie, and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others in our industry. Together, we can make a significant impact and provide hope while giving our participants an unforgettable experience.
